Digitem offers software development and related services. The details of the services, including pricing, scope and deliverables, will be agreed upon in a separate contract or agreement between Digitem and the client.

a. Use of Services: Users must use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
b. Account Information: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and passwords. Any activities under their account are their responsibility.

a. Ownership: Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement, all intellectual property rights to software, code, designs and other materials created by Digitem during the provision of services remain with Digitem.
b. Client Materials: Any materials provided by the client for use in the project remain the property of the client.

Our privacy practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.

a. Payment: Payment terms and methods will be outlined in the project-specific agreement between Digitem and the client.
b. Late Payments: Failure to make payments in a timely manner may result in a suspension or termination of services.

Digitem shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services.

Digitem may terminate or suspend access to its services, with or without cause, at any time and without notice.

Digitem reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes have been made implies acceptance of those changes.
